The Department of Veterans Affairs Albany Stratton VAMC is looking to award a contract action for the purchase of 2 items: A PACS (Physical Access Control System, and a software upgrade from Lenel OnGuard ADV to Lenel OnGuard Pro. We are looking for one vendor who can provide both services. The Lenel OnGuard Pro software upgrade is one of only two items that must be specific to a brand.
