Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Award to Bloomberg Finance L.P. The U.S. Department of Energy (EIA), Energy Information Administration (EIA), intends to issue a sole source award to Bloomberg Finance L.P. in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The EIA requires Bloomberg Professional Services to include renewal support of EIAs Bloomberg Anywhere and Physical Terminal Licenses. These licenses provide industry-standard broker/dealer access to EIA Analysts, which cannot be obtained anywhere else.
