Announcement for Proposal for land parcels at the NASA GRC Neil Armstrong Test Facility (ATF)

This Announcement for Proposal (AFP) solicits proposals from proposers (herein, Proposer(s)) for lease of the land parcels at NASAs Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility (ATF) in Sandusky, Ohio, which are underutilized, non-excess and largely undeveloped parcels of access-controlled land that contribute to the buffer area required within ATF for ongoing NASA operations. This AFP includes the land parcels, the facilities included within as described below, and supporting infrastructure required for a successful Proposer/selected tenant (herein, Tenant) to perform operations onsite. The available land (Land) (Attachment A) consists of five (5) parcels (each a Parcel and together the Parcels) totaling approximately one thousand seven hundred and thirty-six (1,736) acres.
