The purpose of this notice is related to FAR Subpart 5.3 (Synopsis of Contract Awards). The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) awarded the base IDIQ for Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Services. The base contract has a 5-year ordering/performance, and a 5-year option. The contract was competitively awarded using FAR Subpart 36.6 procedures. Synopsis of the first TO award will be provided upon award.
