SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE For U.S. Army Marketing and Advertising Program 1.0 INTRODUCTION In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox, on behalf of the Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research.
