Boot, Army Combat, Temperate Weather

This procurement is for the manufacture and delivery of Boots, Temperate Weather Army Combat (ACB TW) PGC#04040. The ACB TW will be procured in accordance with purchase description GL-PD-11-01 dated 11 March 2011. The solicitation will have one (1) lot for a 100% of total requirement and be issued as Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources, FAR 6.203 Set-asides for small business concerns. The solicitation will be evaluated under Best Value Trade-Off Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors: (1) Product Demonstration Models (PDM), and (2) Past Performance Confidence Assessment. Offerors are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs). Evaluation will consist of PDM, Past Performance, and price. All evaluation factors other than cost or pric
