Ceiling Increase for FA873423DR002

Modification to increase the ceiling of requirements contract FA873423DR002 to support the issuance of task order for content licenses to support user learning under the Digital University platform. This increase in the estimated ceiling is needed due to validated customer requirements for increased demand for training. The increase is done under the authority of the Class Justification and approval signed by the Program Executive Officer and Director, Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate. The redacted Class Justification and Approval is attached.
