This Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) authorizes and approves the use of brand name commercial equipment from Siemens, Inc. Desigo product line for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) programmable building controllers in contract actions requiring interface with the identified Installation networked facilities control and monitoring system at NSA Hampton Roads - Northwest Annex (NSAHR-NWA) (referred to in this document as "the Installation").
