Commercial Mass Text Messaging Subscription Service

The MICC FORT HOOD, on behalf of the 2nd Brigade (2BDE) at Fort Hood, TX, has a requirement for a commercial, subscription-based mass text messaging platform. Purpose: This service will provide a direct and immediate communication pathway to soldiers and their families for community events, family readiness group (FRG) activities, and other non-operational announcements.
