On August 15, 2025, the U.S. Armys Joint Program Executive Office Armaments & Ammunition and U.S. Army Contracting Command Rock Island awarded contract W519TC-25-C-0032 with a ceiling of $635,200,000.00 to MSM Group North America Inc. to design, build, and commission a modern 155mm Load, Assemble, and Pack facility at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant.
