Project Location: Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Lake Circle, Marietta, GA 30060 Project Description: This project is fully designed and is a Design/Bid/Build project that will include: Replace the current 4-way intersection with a single lane traffic circle that will support a large volume of traffic and large military vehicles and equipment; include site work, paving, concrete curbs, and moving above and underground utilities. Project
