The 354th Eielson Contracting Squadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E services for the project below: The work included in the scope of A-E Title I Services (Design Phase Services) for this design project encompasses design of the replacement of the upper digester compressors 1 & 2; assessment of the existing compressors, piping, and all related appurtenances and devices; collecting/reviewing project data and records; evaluation of alternatives; developing design concepts and cost estimates; attendance and participation in review meetings; and making revisions requested by the Government.
