Full Line Food Distribution for the Colorado and Wyoming Region

Solicitation SPE300-R-0048 was solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a notification that an award has been made IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a 573-day contract to United Food Service, Inc. dba Shamrock Foods Company. (CAGE Code 2P687), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the Colorado and Wyoming region. This contract, SPE300-25-D-3014, will have a period of performance from April 21, 2025 through November 14, 2026, or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of F
