Solicitation SPE300-R-0035 was solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a notification that an award has been made IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a 392-day contract to SYSCO Raleigh, LLC. (CAGE Code 4MF15), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the North Carolina area. This contract, SPE300-25-D-3010, will have a period of performance from April 20, 2025 through May 16, 2026, or until the award of a new contract.
