Full Line Food Distribution for the San Antonio Texas Area

This is a notification that an award will be made IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. This contract was awarded to Labatt Institutional Supply Company DBA Labatt Food Service (CAGE Code 0S378), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the San Antonio Texas region. This contract, SPE300- 25-D-3009, will have a period of performance from May 18, 2025, through May 30, 2026, or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
