The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. This solicitation w ill be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be a firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Aw ard Task Order Contract (SATOC) w ith a ceiling of $40M. The w ork consists of furnishing one fully crew ed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead dredge for the removal and satisfactory disposal of shoal material w ithin any combination of the follow ing Dredging Regions: Berw ick Bay Harbor, Berw ick Lock Forebay, Tidew ater Point, Morgan City Docks East, 20 Grand Point
