Descripción
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to negotiate and award FY27-31 LCS Freedom Class Radars (AN/SPS-75, AN/SPS-80, Sharp Eye) sustainment requirements on a sole source basis to Northern Defense Industries, LLC (NDI), 649 S Washington ST Alexandria, Virginia. The requirements consist of procurement of material and spares, software maintenance, engineering support labor, engineering changes, product improvements, documentation, testing, training, logistics analyses, technical investigations, installation support, and other radar maintenance/repair actions for the LCS Freedom Class Radar systems. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented
