GMLRS Full Rate Production IDIQ Ceiling Increase

The purpose of this notice is to post the announcement of award for modification W31P4Q-23-D-0003 P00013. The Army Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal awarded a modification to the GMLRS production contract previously awarded on an other than full and open competitive basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B), -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Award was made on August 14, 2025. The modification is in the amount of $4,234,948,956, resulting in a total contract amount of $13,265,440,935. The period of performance is through FY 2027.
