Yates, ND, Eagle Butte, Ft. Thompson, Kyle, Lower Brule, Mobridge, Pine Ridge, Rapid City, Rosebud, Sisseton, Wagner & Wanblee, SD. Period of performance will begin April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
