1.0 Description The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Fleet Management (GSA Fleet) has a requirement to acquire contractor support for vehicle auction and marshalling services or marshalling only services for Government vehicles. Services are required on or about June 1, 2026 May 31, 2027 in Richland, WA. Interested parties must be located within 50 miles of the Richland, WA area. The vendor must be the owner or legal lessee of the facility. Facility costs are not reimbursable. Auction and marshalling site tasks include, but are not limited to: Advise the government on optimal disposition strategy for individual exchange/sale-eligible vehicles worldwide to maximize public participation and net proceeds, to include strategies for specialty (law enforcement, buses, ambulances,
