Amendement 1: 27 January 2026 This amendment is to incorporate the following advance notice: In the event of a Government shutdown, this solicitation will be extended as determined appropriate based upon the extent of the shutdown. Additionaly, in the event of a Government shutdown, the scheduled site visit shall be postponed and rescheduled upon return to standard Government operations. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
