Infectious Waste Collection and Disposal Services

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 and Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) located in/at Highway 98 and Navajo Route 16, Tonalea, AZ 86044 has a requirement for infectious waste collection and disposal services. The period of performance is 03/01/2026 to 02/28/2027 with (2) option years. The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until 02/23/2026 @ 12:00pm MST. To be considered for award, your offer shall include the following documents/information listed in the attached solicitation. Failure to follow instructions and/or to provide required information may render your quote unacceptable.
