Landscaping Services

This activity proposes extending the period of performance for Landscaping and related services by six months from April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, per FAR clause 52.217-8. At the time of the base contract award, pricing was not requested or evaluated, this will be a non-competitive modification. This extension period is to ensure that GSA has a means to continue performance of services to its facilities between the expiration date of the current contract and the award of the follow-on contract. A competitive procurement process is underway for a follow-on award with an expected award date of August 1, 2026.
