Ft. (ABOA): 3,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on-site shall at least meet current local code requirements, or, in absence of a local code requirement, on-site parking shall be available at a ratio of 1 space for every 200 RSF of Government-demised area.
