As a result of the Q&As, the BAA language (the Contract Type Section) has been updated. Please use the BAA provided in this Attachment for responses. To add, the response date established against this posting has been changed since the BAA has a five year Period of Performance beginning 7/1/2021 through 6/30/2026.
