Award made to 2nd lowest bidder. On 29 July 2024, the lowest bidder notified the Contracting Officer that they were withdrawing their bid. Due to this event, award was made to the 2nd lowest bidder, QA Engineering, LLC whose bid was $1,269,637.00 and submitted a Bid Bond of 20% as their bid guarantee. The contractor shall submit their promptly executed payment and performance bonds to the contracting officer per the schedule on the contract. Notice to proceed is hereby issued upon this award.
