Military Working Dog (MWD) Food Program - Purina

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of various types of Purina Pro Plan dog food, including standard maintenance diets and veterinary-prescribed therapeutic diets manufactured by Nestle Purina Petcare Co. in support of the DoD Military Working Dog (MWD) program at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX. This requirement will be a full and open competition. The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation notice required by FAR 5.2-Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions, in preparation for the release of the Request of Proposal (RFP) at a later date.
