Descripción
This is a Pre-solicitation notice for an anticipated upcoming procurement of MJU-76/B Thrusted Flares production. The government anticipates awarding two Multiple Award Contracts (MAC) IDIQ, concurrently with the first Delivery Orders. This requirement is anticipated to be other than full and open competition with limited sources, FAR 6.302-1, Armtec and Chemring (CAGE 3DU30 & Z3487, respectively). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. See attached Draft Solicitation for details. This notice will be updated to include a near Final Draft RFP, which the government is requesting offeror feedback.
