This Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) supply type contract was procured under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(7) - Public Interest Exception under Special Emergency Procurement Authority, Class Deviation 2024-O0005. Full and open competition was not conducted based on a determination that it is not in the public interest for this particular acquisition.
