Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Gabon will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Mobile Phone services for the U.S. Government at Libreville. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.
