Newborn Screening

THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. 1. Perform newborn screening laboratory tests as required by Arizona law. 2. Screen for twenty-eight (28) mandated disorders, including newborn hearing screening. 3. Accept, process, analyze, and report newborn screening specimens. 4. Provide timely and accurate results in accordance with state-established turnaround times. 5. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and laboratory accreditation requirements.
