NOTICE OF AWARD SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT: Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government's intent to award a sole source service contract to Sandoval County Sheriff's Department

This is a non-personal services contract to provide law enforcement services at Cochiti Lake and Tetilla Peak Recreation Areas. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who in turn is responsible to the Government.
