Notice of Intent - KHC BPAs for Facilties Dept. at KHC

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) in Kayenta, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Gallup Lumber Supply Co, Inc. (L5S6AMCTNJV3), HHB Builders & Supply Co, Inc. (K64AN79KVD39), Midwest Motor Supply Co. dba Kimball Midwest (LZSCS86NB4J7), Summit Electric Supply, LLC (QL1TLKBXQR75) and Gardner Metals, Inc. (CH83CQHZ8UK8) for procuring various supplies inclusive of miscellaneous building materials, disposable tools, electrical, painting, HVAC, lighting supplies, etc. on an as-needed basis for the Facilities department. The anticipated period of performance shall be issued as a base plus two option years from the date of award with a duration of twelve (12) months.
