THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The United States Department of War (DoW), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) (CAGE: 6S4815), located at 2121 K St. NW, Suite 800 Washington D.C., 20073, for Housing Requirements and Market Analysis (HRMA) Modernization Support.
