Notice of Intent to Sole Source Americas Staffing Partner

This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested. This procurement is for a bridge contract with Americas Staffing Partner to allow continued staffing support until the competitive contract selection process is completed. The current Medical Support Assistants contract is scheduled to end on 12/14/2025. The Clinical Center Nursing Department continues to have a need for medical assistant support for ensuring daily adequate coverage of nursing staff on patient care units. A competitive contract selection process is being conducted but selection of a new contract vendor will not be completed until 2026.
