Notice of Intent to Sole Source L3 Harris Panoramic NVG's

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with L3 Technologies, INC., Address: 9 Akira Way, Londonderry, NH 03053 for the purpose of procuring panoramic night vision goggles. L3 Technologies only sells these products direct to the government and the technology is proprietary. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting Contracting Officer Brian Ames via email only bames@fbi.gov, no later than Mar
