Notice of Intent to Sole Source Roche Diagnostics

This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. This procurement is for Various Roche Cobas 5800 Reagents, Controls and Consumables. A new diagnostic test that became available this year is being added to the NIH Department of Transfusion Medicines portfolio. Roche Diagnostics is the original manufacturer of the Roche COBAS 5800, components, reagents, and consumables. The Roche COBAS 5800 platform has been evaluated and qualified for testing of various sample types. The COBAS 5800 system must be compatible with the current laboratory information system being used within DTM.
