DESCRIPTION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT SOLE SOURCE- Zimmer US, Inc. Requirement: The Vendor, Zimmer Biomet shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the preventative maintenance on the ROSA Robot. The ROSA Knee System is proprietary to OEM Zimmer US, Inc. Any interested sources shall provide a Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Zimmer US, Inc. Period of Performance: Period of Performance: Base 04/01/2026 - 03/31/2027 The proposed procurement is for a service which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one brand name under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. 41
