Procurement of AN/APX-119 Transponder, P/N: 4079100-0541

This is a PreSolicitation Notice IAW Solicitation FA850426R0002 IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 5.101(c): Description: This requirement is for the procurement of 217 units of the AN/APX-119-0541Transponder, NSN: 5841-01-693-3952 CX , P/N: 4079100-0541 applicable to the C-130J Aircraft. These units are required to allow the Mobility Air Force (MAF) to employ existing Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) capabilities while selectively inhibiting open air position reporting systems such as Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) Out and/or Air Traffic Control (ATC) Select (S).
