Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate FAR clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds; to update the site visit information; and to provide a revised Attachment 2. The site visit scheduled for Thursday, 5 February 2026, has been changed to 12:30 PM PST. Accordingly, Attachment 2, 'Addendum to 52.212-1 Propane IDIQ,' has been updated to reflect this change. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
