Q511 - VISN 10 - OHIO Optical Dispensing Service

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking to acquire eyeglass dispensary services for VISN 10 (sites listed below). In general, VISN 10 requires a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to provide eyeglass dispensary services, to include various functions such as fitting, adjustments, dispensing, repairs, and education. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. This is a pre-solicitation request for interested capable parties, an RFQ (request for quotes/bids will be posted at a later date).
