The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 08, San Juan Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (SJVAMC), Veterans Affairs Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), 10 Casia Street, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00921, intends to solicit an unrestricted full and open competitive Request for Proposals (RFP), to provide services necessary to perform onsite Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the VACHS.
