Pre-Solicitation Notice: Intent to solicit a RPRSS III, and award Third Generation (RPSS III) 8(a) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).This Pre-Solicitation Synopsis is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) and does not constitute a Solicitation. The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is planning to issue a single solicitation for a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Real Property Support Services, Third Generation Multiple Award Task Order Contract MATOC to potentially award to all technical qualified offerors.
