Removing and Replacing Sealant and Caulking in Parking Structure

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, supervision, material, equipment, and performing all operations to provide replacement of all sealant, caulking, and backer rod from pre-cast concrete horizontal structure of parking structure at precast double T sections. Work does not include floor level 1 slab on grade locations. The work shall be performed at a parking structure consisting of two above ground levels, located at Great Lakes Naval Station. Period of Performance is 365 after the date of award.
