Purpose Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Procurement Office is currently conducting market research to gather insight, recommendations, and industry feedback regarding innovative and efficient approaches to delivering student transportation services.
