Summary The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, on behalf of VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) has a need to replace the Top Door Alarm Gen1 system and install an updated alarm system to detect and notify caregivers of potential acts of self-harm when a door is used as
