RSP Det 1 Rapid City Meals

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the South Dakota National Guard. The request is to provide meals for the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) in Rapid City, SD. This request will be for one weekend a month beginning with an Lunch on Saturday and Breakfast and a sack lunch on Sunday. There will be approximately 45 personnel attending each meal. This request is for May 2026-April 2027 will also contains options for May 2027-April 2028 and May 2028-April 2029.The Government will evaluate each offer based on Technical, Past Performance and Price. The contractor must be found acceptable based on the factors listed in Clause 52.212-2 in the Solicitation.
