The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Streambank Stabilization, Old Route 30, Townshend Lake, Townshend, VT QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE.
