Temporary Housing Assistance - 12 Commerical Lots/Pads

THIS IS A PUBLIC NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a sole source notification for the contract awarded to Russell M Belcher dba Isle of Palms RV Resort in Steinhatchee, FL. This contract is for the monthly lease of 12 commercial lots/pads to place transportable temporary housing units (TTHUs) as a temporary housing solution for eligible applicants needing assistance as a result of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Per the Stafford Act, the length of the Direct Housing Assistance Program is 18 months from the Presidential Disaster Declaration (9/28/2024 for Hurricane Helene and 10/11/2024 for Hurricane Milton).
