Tools and Resources for Budget Optimization (TRBO) Sustainment

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (SSN) announcement. SSNs are issued to assist the Agency in performing market research to determine industry interest and capability. This is not a solicitation and no contract shall be awarded from this SSN. Therefore, no proposals are being requested or accepted in response to this SSN. In accordance with FAR Part 10, SSP is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of successfully performing SSPs Tools and Resources for Budget Optimization (TRBO) Sustainment. Specifically, the Contractor shall maintain and develop a comprehensive application that allows SSP and its Field Activities to maintain a detailed and locked program financial database. There are currently approximately 600 users across 25 Branches and approximately 190 budget
